We only sell products on lionwhale.store. All other products found on other websites are fraudulent.
When is the next restock/drop?
We restock our Hanako (desk buddies/ figures) regularly every month, with a limited number of products.

How long is the processing time of my order?
It can take up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and packed.
How long is the shipping time?
After the processing time, the shipping carrier will take it from there. We do not have control over the shipping speed.
But you can expect the shipping time to be around 10 business days.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Price will be automatically calculated at check out.
Will I need to pay import taxes?
We are unable to control what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. The customer will be responsible to cover the cost of any additional custom charges.
Which countries do you ship to?
Our products can be shipped to almost all countries worldwide.
The Hanako desk buddies/figures can be shipped to EU, US, and Canada.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Processing of your order starts immediately so we may not be able to accommodate all cancellation requests.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We only refund damaged & mislabeled items. Everything is made to order, so we are not able to refund due to a change of mind or size exchange.
